 My experience and expertise enables me to provide practical and easy to understand legal advice that ensures you are fully protected and gives you peace of mind. I can assist in providing commercial and business advice, drafting and reviewing agreements and resolving disputes. I am available to discuss any concerns you might have about protecting yourself and your business.

I offer face to face legal services in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney or in the CBD as well as via Zoom

  • COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS ADVICE

    General legal advice, drafting terms and conditions, privacy statements, policies and procedures.

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements

    Before you sign an agreement, have a conversation with me to understand what you are signing and that you are not exposing yourself to any risk/weakening your future position. I can negotiate amendments to existing agreements as well as draft agreements to protect you.

  • Advice on structuring a new business

    I ensure that you are fully protected and have minimised risk in all areas.

  • Resolving disputes

    I am skilled in negotiating collaborative and creative solutions to resolve conflict or disputes in your workplace, family, school, business or community.

  • Advocacy

    Providing advice, drafting letters/emails and/or attending meetings/negotiations. I can assist you to have the uncomfortable conversations you have been avoiding and ensure that you are able to have your voice heard.

I can assist with any of the above issues and am available to talk through any concerns you have about how to protect yourself or your business or to better understand your legal rights and remedies.

STEP 1

Start by booking a complimentary 20 minute consultation. We discuss your matter and determine what the next best step forward is.

STEP 2

Book a one hour paid consultation during which you brief me on all relevant details and I provide initial advice. Hourly rate $250 excl. GST.

If your matter is particularly complex, I recommend that you book in a 2 hour paid consultation to ensure sufficient time.

STEP 3

We agree on a plan on what assistance you require. 

A letter of engagement with our plan of action and estimate of costs will be sent to you.

Once approved, work commences.
